Bocconi
The Professors' Agenda (Agenda del Docente) is an internal Bocconi University platform used by professors to manage teaching-related activities, information, and administrative tasks.
The project focused on redesigning an outdated interface that lacked visual consistency and clear information architecture. The previous experience made navigation inefficient and key actions difficult to access.
The redesign introduced a more modern and structured UI, reorganizing content and workflows around user needs and usability principles. Despite being a relatively small and fast-paced project, the work significantly improved clarity, accessibility, and overall user experience.

The platform contained a large amount of information and features accumulated over time with no real architectural logic, resulting in a fragmented experience with unclear navigation and inconsistent layouts.
The challenge was improving usability without disrupting workflows already familiar to professors; we therefore focused on simplifying the interface through a clearer information hierarchy, more consistent visual elements, and a UX structure based on users’ priorities and most frequent tasks. This approach modernized the platform, making the experience more intuitive and easy to adopt.
