Intellera x Polimi
Posti is a smart citizen wallet, sponsored by the italian public administration, that provides support to local micro-enterprises holding values in the users’ interest. Small businesses are represented in a platform where they can be easily found by citizens, and can also manage their personal page through the business-side of the app. Italian public administration has access to an online dashboard that shows the elaborated data gathered by the app use.
Posti encourages local shopping through cumulable tokens for the citizens, creating a co-benefit system for all three parties involved.

We built a cohesive visual system using an icon-driven language with clean outlines, simple geometry, and a bold color palette.
A subtle grain adds texture and a sense of materiality to the visual assets.
Typography pairs a high-impact display serif for headlines with a neutral sans serif for body text, establishing clear hierarchy and readability.
The communication campaign translates the concept of “local” into immediate, recognizable visuals and direct messaging. The result is a flexible, contemporary identity with a strong, coherent voice across all touchpoints.
Citizen Application
The citizen app enables users to discover local places, connect with shop owners, and reserve products for later payment. It also includes social features to connect with friends and a reward system where users earn tokens and redeem discounts on products or tickets.
Business Application
The business app helps merchants manage their operations by providing insights into economic performance, enabling direct communication with customers, and tracking purchases through Posti. It also allows businesses to update their store page, manage an online catalogue, and handle orders or reservations efficiently.
Public Administration Dashboard
The dashboard offers real-time insights into business revenue and the effectiveness of Posti services. It supports data comparison across regions, tracks performance over time, and provides analytical tools to inform strategic decisions.
