I designed a digital platform for Doctors Without Borders Italy volunteers, focused on both operational support and community engagement. The project addressed two core needs: providing volunteers with easy access to resources, training, and practical information, while also strengthening their sense of belonging through community-driven content, recognition systems, milestones, and event visibility. The result was a centralized experience where volunteers could both access useful tools and feel actively connected to the organization and its mission.
