Riseact Together is a mobile app that enables volunteers to collect and manage donations during in-person fundraising activities.This project involved a complete redesign of the app, focused on improving usability and efficiency in real-world contexts.
Through an iterative, sprint-based process, we redefined the information architecture, explored new visual directions, and validated solutions through user testing.The outcome is a fully interactive prototype in Figma, shaped by continuous feedback and user insights.

After interviewing various potential and current users of the app and user-testing the prototyped flows, we adjusted some UX and UI elements. The finalized prototype was delivered with a report that showed and explained these fixes while also highlighting what features users appreciated the most.
